What you'll do

• Establish and maintain effective communication and liaison with law enforcement authorities and external legal counsels within defined turnaround times.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth information flow and resolution of issues.
• Maintain, analyze, and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of files and complaint details through consistent follow-ups.
• Manage workflow efficiently to meet or exceed turnaround time expectations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs related to vigilance activities.
• Identify and investigate instances of fraud, misconduct, corruption, and other employee-related malpractices.
• Perform surprise checks and inspections to uphold organizational standards and detect irregularities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with law enforcement and internal teams.
