What you'll do

Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
Set up and maintain user devices and accounts
Escalate complex issues and track resolution
Maintain the IT asset and knowledge base
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Troubleshooting, Windows/Linux, Networking Basics, Hardware Support
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Colvale, Goa
