What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Meeting & understanding business requirement regarding the type of services they need, scope of work along with skill level required to perform those tasks from user dept./ business
• **No. of new vendors added to the list
• Maintaining sub-contractor database for new works, statutory compliance, collecting company profiles & performing capability assessment & scan market for the latest services and standards
• **No. of contractors handled
• Participating in selection of sub-contractor/ supplier by providing their registration form, capability assessment form, profile verification, product catalogue, experience & rate list for the work.
• **No. of sub-contractor taken on board
• Participating in pre-contract activities (floating of tenders, getting competitive quotations, preparing comparison statement, support negotiation on technical and commercial aspects)
• **No. of successful bidding process completed
• Performing post- contract activities (drafting contracts and agreements, client billing and certifying sub-contractor, processing of change order, variation order, follow up for payment, TDS Certificate, retention money)

Who can apply

• B.Tech. / Post Graduation/ other Relevant SCM degrees.
• Individual Desired technical competencies:
• Team Working, Learnability, New Vendor Introduction, New Technologies Exploration, Understanding of Terms & Conditions, Formats and Industry
• RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• 6-8 years of overall experience
• 2+ years of category experience
• Communication: Ability to listen, interpret, simplify complex concepts, thoughts & ideas in verbal / non verbal form. | Interview
• Decision Making: Ability to systematically think through a problem and its component parts, garner relevant information and not taking things at face value. | Interview
• Personal Effectiveness: Demonstrating responsibility & reliability through actions to manage critical and challenging situations. | Interview
• Business Insight: Ability to understand the implications of Business decisions and strive to enhance organizational performance. | Interview
