- Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with managers and team leadership to help plan and execute external communications programmes
- Assists in developing and executing comprehensive public relations and communications programmes to strategicially position the organisation in the marketplace
- Helps manage external PR agency resources
- Develops and maintains media and publication target list
- Monitors media coverage
- Writes press releases, news stories, articles, case studies and product pieces
- Responds to enquiries from journalists, arranges interviews and editorial meetings
