What you'll do

This programme is now nearing closure and the ongoing delivery for IRR control uplifts for new Regulatory Reporting
changes is moving to BAU, sitting in CSSR Change Delivery. Initial BAU deliverables relate to Regulatory Changes to Minimum

Who can apply

The IRR control uplifts will ensure we have these controls in place for each in scope return or disclosure:
Traceability of Rules & Policy Interpretations applied to prepare the returns
Process Documentation on ARIS
Risks & Controls identified and loaded into HELIOS
Risks & Controls are subject to periodic monitoring & assurance
Data subject to the Data Management policies & procedures1
Skilled resources with the right capabilities are embedded in BAU
Specific workstreams have been established to deliver the IRR requirements, the scope of each pertaining to specific set
of returns. This role will be focussed on the MREL reporting requirements delivered by the Treasury Capital Management
teams in the Group.
