What you'll do

• Capture, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for P&O technology initiatives and solutions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design reviews by documenting business processes, integration requirements, data flows, and process impacts.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Provide business analysis support across the non-Core HCM and broader P&O technology portfolio.
• Coordinate requirements, testing activities, issue resolution, and implementation support throughout project delivery lifecycles.
• Support architecture governance, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements by maintaining accurate and complete documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhanced requirements quality, process standardization, documentation practices, and reusable templates.
