What you'll do

Test Strategy & Leadership
Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy that aligns with business goals and software development processes.
Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts and automation engineers, providing technical guidance and review their work.
Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across projects.
Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and product management teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Test Planning & Execution
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Ensure adequate test coverage by mapping test cases to business and technical requirements.
Oversee manual and automated test execution, ensuring high-quality software releases.
Implement and maintain test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr,Jira).

Who can apply

✔ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
✔ Analytical mindset with attention to detail
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 3+ years in a leadership role .
Proven experience in leading QA teams in Agile environments.
ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification is a plus.
Should be familiar with Code editors like Cursor.
