Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Design, develop, enhance, manage, monitor, and maintain Function Apps, Runbooks, and Logic Apps, to ensure reliable and efficient execution.
• Develop solutions that integrate with Azure platform services, including Storage Accounts, Service Bus, App Services, and Key Vault, while supporting their ongoing administration.
• Support production solutions by responding to and resolving incidents, service requests, and support tickets in line with agreed SLAs.
• Investigate and troubleshoot failures within automation processes, integration workflows, and scheduled jobs.
• Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts to automate operational tasks, extend integrations, and enhance existing solutions.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, workflow designs, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver new automation and integration capabilities.
• Participate in development lifecycle and change management activities, ensuring solutions are designed, tested, reviewed, deployed, and supported safely.
• Contribute to incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Essential Criteria

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Azure environments.
