What you'll do

Track operational KPIs, SLAs and productivity metrics
Investigate process bottlenecks and quantify their cost
Build operational dashboards and daily performance reports
Recommend and measure process improvements
Work with ops leads to close gaps found in the data
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Process Analytics
Comfort with Excel, SQL and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
