Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• - Analyze and evaluate existing fulfillment workflows across device fulfillment, value-added services, and reverse logistics, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-per-unit reduction.
• - Utilize lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, value stream mapping, and simulation-based capacity analysis to drive operational excellence and reduce costs.
• - Conduct time-motion studies, workflow analysis, line balancing, productivity modeling, and process mapping to identify throughput constraints and inefficiencies.
• - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and engineering standards to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• - Support the engineering execution of RAD expansion and new facility launches, including feasibility studies, labour and capacity models, workflow design, and ergonomic validation.
• - Contribute to site design and material flow strategies that enable RAD to grow with predictable throughout and controlled operational risk.
• - Support ERP/WMS implementation efforts and help validate system and process designs, including system interactions between tools, labour, and infrastructure.
• - Integrate quality engineering principles directly into workflow design, using tools such as FMEA, control plans, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) analysis to strengthen process reliability.
• - Conduct process and product quality audits to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
• - Drive proactive risk identification, root cause analysis, and implementation of engineering controls to prevent recurrence of systemic failure points.
