Project Management

What you'll do

Work closely with Director and VP offices across Amazon to schedule review meetings.
Act as a trusted business partner to Directors and the leadership team.
Own space planning for BLR offices (team moves, new hire desk locations).
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items from staff meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews and other forums.
Drive key team activities (such as event planning, global team meeting agendas, supply ordering)
Work with our International team across several time zones.
Manage WHS related projects as needed.

Who can apply

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience managing projects and working independently
- Bachelor's degree
