What you'll do

• First point of contact for FourKites customers, partners & consultants to research, troubleshoot, replicate, and test product problems and bugs
• Track issue progress and provide regular updates to clients until incidents are resolved
• Interface with Development, QA, and Consulting Services as needed to resolve customer issues
• Contribute to special AI-driven initiatives , applying a curious, experimental mindset to explore how AI can improve support workflows and customer outcomes
• Be part of weekend rotation for 24/7 customer emergencies
• A curious, self-learner mindset —someone who enjoys digging into a new product, figuring out how it works, and picking things up independently rather than waiting to be taught
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
