What you'll do
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Pitch products/services to prospects
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM
- Meet monthly targets and report progress
- Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Communication, Sales, Lead Generation, CRM
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jodhpur, Rajasthan (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process
3 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:
- 1Application Screening — the Tata Technologies recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Business Development Associate role in Jodhpur.
- 2Online Assessment — a timed test covering fundamentals, problem solving and basic Communication/Sales/Lead Generation questions.
- 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Business Development Associate.
