What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives to support technical discovery and customer evaluations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and assist with proof of concepts.
• Work with customers to understand application monitoring and stability challenges.
• Provide technical guidance on integrating BugSnag into modern development workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to share customer feedback.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of observability, cloud technologies, and modern software development.
• We are looking for you if you have
• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, QA, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals and debugging techniques.
• Experience with APIs, JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, mobile development, or similar technologies.
