What you'll do

  • Drive new part development from concept through to SOP
  • Coordinate prototypes, trials and validation testing
  • Run DFMEA and close the risks it identifies
  • Work with suppliers and the plant on manufacturability
  • Track programme timing and escalate slippage early
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of New Product Development, CAD Modelling, Prototyping
  • Comfort with CAD, PLM and project trackers, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
