What you'll do
- Draft requirement documents and user stories with business users
- Map as-is and to-be processes and highlight the gaps
- Build supporting analysis in Excel and SQL
- Support UAT and track defects through to closure
- Maintain the project tracker and status reporting
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Statistics / Economics) from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Advanced Excel
- Comfort with Excel, SQL and documentation tools and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Kochi, Kerala or willing to relocate

Interview & selection process
4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:
- 1Resume screening and profile shortlisting by the talent acquisition team
- 2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
- 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
- 4HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
