What you'll do
- Analyse revenue, cost and margin performance
- Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Prepare variance analysis and management reporting packs
- Support the budgeting and planning cycle with data
- Ensure reconciliation and accuracy of financial reporting
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Financial Modelling, SQL
- Comfort with Excel, SQL and financial modelling and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Kolkata, West Bengal or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
