What you'll do

Scope and structure ambiguous client business problems
Run the analysis and build the supporting models and dashboards
Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
Manage delivery timelines across concurrent workstreams
Document methodology so the client can maintain the solution
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.Sc/MCA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
2–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI
Comfort with SQL, Python and BI tooling and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Kolkata, West Bengal or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
