What you'll do

• The Senior Transfer Pricing Associate will support the design, implementation, and documentation of global transfer pricing policies across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on execution capabilities, particularly in OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, U.S. IRC Section 482, UK TIOPA, and Nordic (including Finnish) transfer pricing frameworks.

• - Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR support)
• - Support intercompany pricing analyses and benchmarking studies
• - Assist in implementation of transfer pricing policies
• - Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams
• - Support tax audits and authority inquiries
• - Track global TP regulatory changes
• - Assist in automation and process improvements

Who can apply

• - 3–6 years of transfer pricing experience
• - Strong knowledge of OECD, IRC 482, UK TIOPA, Finnish TP
• - Experience with benchmarking databases
• - Strong Excel/data analysis skills
