What you'll do

  • Maintain and extend the company's BI dashboards and models
  • Translate reporting requests into reusable data sets and visuals
  • Monitor refresh schedules and fix broken reports fast
  • Standardise KPI definitions across business units
  • Document data sources and known caveats for report users
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL
  • Comfort with Power BI, Tableau and SQL and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or willing to relocate

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

  1. 1Resume screening and profile shortlisting by the talent acquisition team
  2. 2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
  3. 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
  4. 4HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
