What you'll do

  • Support recurring reporting and dashboard maintenance
  • Run data-quality checks and flag anomalies early
  • Prepare datasets for senior analysts and business teams
  • Answer ad-hoc data requests from business stakeholders
  • Document data sources, definitions and known caveats
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI
  • Comfort with SQL, Excel and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Ranchi, Jharkhand or willing to relocate

  5. 5HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
