What you'll do

  • Write, optimise and document SQL for analysis and reporting
  • Model and join data across many source tables reliably
  • Build the curated datasets that feed dashboards
  • Reconcile query output against source systems before publishing
  • Support ad-hoc data requests with fast, correct answers
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Query Optimisation, Joins & Window Functions
  • Comfort with SQL and relational databases and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Gurugram, Haryana or willing to relocate

  3. 3Technical interview 2 — BI tooling, dashboard design and metric definition
  4. 4Business / stakeholder round — how you scope a question and communicate findings
  5. 5HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
