What you'll do

• The Technical Program Manager will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs that span multiple engineering teams, business stakeholders, and organizational boundaries. This includes defining program scope, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with engineering, product, and operations leaders, as well as identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers to keep programs on track. The role requires facilitating alignment across distributed teams to ensure technical solutions meet the needs of in-store team members, developing executive-level communications and program roadmaps, and partnering with engineering teams to understand system architecture, technical constraints, and integration points across services. The Technical Program Manager will also establish and improve program management processes that scale with organizational growth, and drive continuous improvement through post-launch metrics tracking and retrospectives.

Who can apply

• - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• - 3+ years of software development experience
• - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
