What you'll do

• - On-going generation and creation of reporting.
• - Analyzing data to outline any reasons for under/over performance and take actions to improve performance.
• - Support the delivery of productivity targets for all KPI's
• - Ensure accurate recording and reporting of metrics.
• - Performing updates and acting as an SME on workflow tools.
• - Work closely with leadership to identify “hot spots” and take appropriate actions to minimize any impacts.
• - Communicate and interact effectively with operations and support functions to provide internal customers with information/data needs in a timely manner.
• - Evaluate and implement opportunities for improving workflow processes and automation of processes. (Using Excel VBA or in any other tool)
• - Raise awareness to any areas for development or recognition.
• - Maintain accurate local workforce management data.

Who can apply

• - 2+ years of program or project management experience
• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• - Knowledge of SQL
• - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
