What you'll do

  • Analyse funnels, retention, activation and engagement
  • Design and read out A/B experiments with correct statistics
  • Define product metrics and keep instrumentation honest
  • Build self-serve dashboards for product and design teams
  • Turn behavioural data into specific product recommendations
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Product Analytics, A/B Testing
  • Comfort with SQL, Mixpanel/Amplitude and Excel and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh or willing to relocate
