Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Own product and launch strategy across a therapy-area portfolio
• Lead and develop a team of product managers and executives
• Set the portfolio marketing budget and defend ROI to senior leadership
• Drive new-product launch readiness across marketing, sales and medical
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical societies
• Own the compliance sign-off process for every campaign in the portfolio
• Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

• MBA (Marketing) with a science/pharmacy background preferred from a recognised university
• 7–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of Portfolio & Launch Strategy, P&L Ownership, Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, portfolio-tracking dashboards and cross-functional planning tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
• Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala or willing to relocate
