• Lead a high-performing team of 4-6 software engineers
• Collaborate and drive the roadmap execution for Detection Engineering and SOC Workbench teams in India, aligning with organizational goals and best practices
• Ensure high-quality team outputs, delivering reliable microservices, highly distributed solutions, and overall system reliability
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize security to ensure high availability for critical systems
• Manage performance and personal career progression plans for all direct reports

• What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years as an engineering leader, including 4+ years managing global engineering teams
• 4+ years of hands-on experience leading and building solutions for Security Platforms such as EDR, NDR, XDR, or SIEM
