What you'll do

Integrate motor, inverter, battery and charging sub-systems
Run bench and vehicle validation on EV sub-systems
Analyse efficiency, range and thermal performance data
Support homologation and safety compliance testing
Publish integration and validation reports
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of EV Powertrain, Battery Systems, Traction Motors
Comfort with battery test rigs, CAN tools and MATLAB, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
