What you'll do

  • Execute component and system validation test plans
  • Instrument test setups and verify the data is trustworthy
  • Analyse failures and trace them to a design or process cause
  • Publish validation reports against acceptance criteria
  • Maintain test equipment and calibration records
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Test Planning, Data Acquisition, Instrumentation
  • Comfort with test rigs, data acquisition and MS Excel, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
