What you'll do

• 1. Customer Relationship Development
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, EPCs, and
• Conduct regular client engagements, reviews, and technical discussions.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Ensure continuous customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
• 2. Sales Opportunity Creation & Pipeline Management
• Identify new business opportunities within Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, Chemical, Pharma, and other Manufacturing sectors.
• Develop a structured pipeline of leads through market research, networking, and on-ground interactions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• 3. Customer Propositions

Who can apply

• 6 to 10 years of experience in technical automation sales with deep understanding of industrial automation technologies like DCS, SIS, PLC’s, SCADA systems, digitalization and communication protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
