What you'll do

Plan fabrication jobs from drawing to dispatch
Supervise cutting, bending, welding and finishing operations
Check fit-up and dimensional conformance before dispatch
Optimise nesting and material utilisation
Coordinate with design on manufacturability issues
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Sheet Metal Fabrication, Laser Cutting, Press Brake Operation
Comfort with laser cutting, bending and welding equipment, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
