What you'll do

Test incoming and in-process materials against specification
Analyse microstructure and confirm heat treatment results
Investigate material-related failures and report the cause
Maintain lab equipment, calibration and test records
Support material selection and supplier approval
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Metallurgy, Metallography, Microstructure Analysis
Comfort with metallography, hardness and spectrometry equipment, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
