What you'll do

Build and mesh FE models from released CAD
Run structural, thermal and fatigue load cases against targets
Correlate simulation results against physical test data
Recommend design changes backed by analysis
Document methodology so results are reproducible
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of ANSYS Workbench, HyperMesh, Finite Element Analysis
Comfort with ANSYS, HyperMesh and MATLAB, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
