• Administer SQL Server : Install, configure, patch, secure, and maintain on‑premises SQL Server environments, including backup/restore and disaster recovery.
• Manage Azure SQL PaaS : Provision, scale, configure geo‑replication, failover groups, and optimize cloud database costs.
• Support Databricks : Configure clusters, manage Unity Catalog access, schedule jobs, and integrate with data sources.

Who can apply

• Develop ADF Pipelines : Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines and manage integration runtimes.
• Maintain SSIS Packages : Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, including those in Azure Integration Runtime.
• Optimize Performance : Perform query tuning, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and resource governance.
• Implement Security : Enforce encryption, auditing, and compliance standards across hybrid environments.
• Ensure High Availability : Configure Always On Availability Groups, log shipping, and geo‑replication solutions.
• Monitor & Respond : Set up alerts, monitor pipelines, and resolve incidents to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Teams : Work with engineers, developers, and analysts on integration, migration, and modernization.
• Automate Tasks : Use PowerShell, T‑SQL, and Azure automation tools to streamline routine operations.
