What you'll do

Analyse category, SKU and channel performance
Measure promotion effectiveness, pricing and margin impact
Track customer acquisition, repeat rate and basket metrics
Build commercial dashboards for category managers
Recommend assortment and pricing actions from the data
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Category Analytics
Comfort with SQL, Excel and web analytics and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Guwahati, Assam or willing to relocate
