What you'll do

• HR Vendor Assessment Analyst (Fixed Term – 6 Months)
• The second title clearly signals that the primary purpose is evaluating the HR vendor landscape and making recommendations.

• In addition to supporting vendor operations and performance management, this role will lead a comprehensive assessment of the organization's HR vendor ecosystem. The analyst will evaluate vendor capabilities, service delivery, contractual value, utilization, costs, risks, and business outcomes across multiple HR service areas. The individual will develop recommendations regarding vendor optimization, consolidation, expansion, or elimination to improve operational effectiveness, employee experience, and cost efficiency.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of all HR and People Services vendors across the employee lifecycle.
• Assess vendor performance, service quality, utilization, cost effectiveness, scalability, and strategic value.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities against current and future business requirements.
• Partner with HR, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.

Who can apply

• Experience conducting vendor assessments, RFPs, vendor selections, or supplier rationalization initiatives.
• Background in HR Operations, Shared Services, Procurement, Consulting, or Business Transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and executive-level recommendations.
• Experience performing cost-benefit analysis and vendor ROI assessments.
