What you'll do

• Daily Operations: Provide support to our internal and external customers via various support channels.
• ● Provide system support including setup, configuration, and maintenance
• ● Resolve issues and inquiries related to varying subjects, including, but not limited to; onboarding, time entry, payroll, and from internal customers and agencies.
• ● Conduct daily audits to ensure processes and compliance requirements are fully met.
• ● Partner with functional and technical teams on system upgrades and fixes, and conduct or assist with User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business requirements are met
• ● Develop and/or update functional process documentation as needed
• ● Provide system requirements for break/fixes and enhancements
• Research, Reconciliation, Problem Identification, and Resolution - Collaborate with team members and other departments to address moderately complex operational issues and discrepancies. This involves conducting research and gaining a thorough understanding of the operating companies and customer accounts the BA supports. Ensure systems and processes comply with customer contracts and are managed appropriately.
• ● Promptly investigate, identify and report potential database issues
• ● Develop, oversee and deliver reports for operational analysis, trend monitoring , audits and special projects

• ● Ensure database accuracy by performing validation queries
• Producing Insights and Driving Decisions Through Analysis - Understand analytics and/or models produced by others and provide input into customer accounts and business services operations.
• Customer Support - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal departments. Effectively manage conflicts with empathy, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction, collaboration, and a passion for Randstad’s business.
• ● Serve as a support to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key enterprise initiatives and act as a liaison across multiple departments, including Benefits, Compensation, HR, Talent Relations, Treasury, Accounting, IT, and others.
