What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of SMB and long-tail customer accounts, serving as the primary partner for campaign success, customer relationships and business outcomes.
• Partner with Field Account Managers to support strategic Tier 1 customers through campaign execution, operational coordination and customer success initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle, supporting setup, launch and QA while owning client communication, performance reporting, optimization recommendations, troubleshooting and overall campaign success.
• Analyze campaign performance, pacing, targeting, creative and measurement insights to identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations aligned with customer goals and KPIs.
• Own customer reporting, performance insights and business reviews to drive value and transparency.
• Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through pixel, tag, attribution and conversion validation.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through optimization, product adoption, upselling/cross selling and proactive account management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and other cross functional teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

Who can apply

• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic advertising, account management, customer success, campaign management with demonstrated working experience directly with Clients, Advertisers, Brands, Agencies or external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of campaign management, optimization, reporting, and digital measurement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with leading DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi http://Simpli.fi and other programmatic platforms. Working knowledge of Floodlight tags, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking and GA4 measurement solutions preferred.
