What you'll do

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate alternatives, and find pragmatic solutions. 
• Strong ownership and influence, driving decisions and outcomes across teams and stakeholders. 
• Own and evolve the team’s technical roadmap, aligning it with product and engineering priorities.  
• Drive architecture, design, and development best practices, and help the team make sound technical decisions.  
• Work closely with Product to shape solutions, clarify trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility.  
• Design, implement, deliver, and validate product features alongside the team.  
• Handle L3 support requests together with the rest of the team.  
• Promote an agile, iterative/incremental mindset and actively participate in team ceremonies. 

Who can apply

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in software development 
• Proficient experience with Java 
• Experience working on Kafka 
• Experience in API design 
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience 
• Able to design, implement, test, deliver and maintain product features 
• Passionate towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work 
• Motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies
