What you'll do

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat and email
  • Resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Log interactions accurately in the CRM
  • Maintain high customer-satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
  • Working knowledge of Communication, Customer Support, CRM, Problem Solving
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, Delhi (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

  1. 1Application Screening — the Microsoft India recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Customer Support Executive role in Delhi.
  2. 2Assessment / Assignment — a short practical task or case study to evaluate your operations skills.
  3. 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Customer Support Executive.
