• · Shop Improvement activities (Kaizen).
• · overseeing all aspects of material flow management inside plant, Material variance analysis, Packaging improvement, BOM Checking etc.
• · Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.
• · Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting.
