What you'll do

Design press tools, dies and fixtures for new and running parts
Prepare detailed tool drawings and BOMs for the tool room
Support tool trials and close the corrections they reveal
Improve tool life and reduce downtime on existing tooling
Maintain tool design standards and records
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Press Tool Design, Die Design, Fixture Design
Comfort with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and forming simulation, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
