What you'll do

  • Design press tools, dies and fixtures for new and running parts
  • Prepare detailed tool drawings and BOMs for the tool room
  • Support tool trials and close the corrections they reveal
  • Improve tool life and reduce downtime on existing tooling
  • Maintain tool design standards and records
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Press Tool Design, Die Design, Fixture Design
  • Comfort with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and forming simulation, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
