What you'll do

• As a rapidly growing startup, we are looking for a proactive Senior Admin Executive to manage office operations, build processes from zero to one, and create a productive workplace environment in a fast-paced setup.

Who can apply

• Office Infrastructure & Facility Management
• Oversee current office operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
• Plan and support the setup of new office spaces in a zero-to-one environment.
• Coordinate with vendors, facilities, legal, and compliance teams.
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and functional infrastructure.
• Vendor Management
• Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with facility vendors, pantry services, security agencies, and maintenance partners.
• Ensure timely procurement of office supplies and services.
• Travel & Outings Management
• Handle end-to-end employee travel logistics including bookings, accommodations, and local conveyance.
