What you'll do

• 1. Inventory Management & Control:
• Manage the receipt and storage of Finished Products from Vendors, regional units, and other supply chain regions.
• Adherence to TAT (Turn around time) from the docket generation at vendor till SCN acknowledgement.
• Managing the Hallmarking Operation – Timely Distribution of goods for Hallmarking Operations and Monitoring the Hallmarking performance with daily coordination. Provide information on the priority of completion. Ensure the receipt of material as per the documentation and report for any deviation / discrepancy in receipt.
• Managing the distribution of stock for LGD operation through documentation and assigning the priority for completion. Monitor the performance and report for any deviation.
• Managing the Shift operations. Planning of work as per the load availability (especially during seasonal indent requirement – Sunday /Holiday Workings)
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking through systematic documentation and real-time updates.
• Implement controls to minimize aged inventory and optimize stock turnover.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure the priority completion of requirements from Supply chain/vendor management / Merchandiser or cross functional team.
