What you'll do

• We’re looking for a highly driven Marketing Manager with deep experience in full-funnel marketing with a strong expertise in user acquisition, app store optimisation, user engagement and growth marketing. This role is for someone who thrives in high-growth startup environments, understands mobile gaming, pop culture, entertainment and new age products, and blends creativity with strong analytical rigor. The role is responsible for driving scalable customer acquisition and growth through different channels, experimentation, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, ROI-obsessed, and experienced in building and scaling high-performing acquisition engines.

Who can apply

• 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and/or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of full-funnel and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with ASO (App Store & Google Play) and mobile growth strategies
• Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns with measurable business impact and hands-on expertise with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Proven success scaling consumer apps, gaming, or entertainment / lifestyle products
• Deep familiarity with performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn, ARPU
• Experience using analytics tools and with an analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills
