What you'll do

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and target potential clients, especially in the WC-Salaried PL segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development.
• Strong knowledge of working capital and salaried PL products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
