What you'll do

Assist the product manager with launch planning, timelines and field readiness
Track prescription and market-share data for the assigned product(s)
Coordinate with design and print vendors on promotional literature
Support market mapping and doctor-list building for new launches
Prepare cycle-meeting decks and launch trackers for the marketing team
Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Prescription Data Analysis
Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint and prescription-audit dashboards and with reading prescription and market-share data
Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala or willing to relocate
