What you'll do

• 'The role involves managing the entire lifecycle of an exposure, from initial structuring and deal negotiation to obtaining credit approvals, executing transactions, and ongoing monitoring throughout the life of the deal.
• Work with Product Lead and Coverage RMs to pitch for bespoke lending solutions to corporate clients seeking such solutions
• Prepare client presentations and pitch materials for structured finance solutions.
• Assist in analyzing client requirements to support development of tailored financing structures.
• Preparation of credit appraisal memos / models / term sheets etc and negotiation of transaction-related documentation etc
• Monitor ongoing deals, track covenants, and highlight emerging risks.
