What you'll do

Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, reconciliation and closing activities
Build and maintain financial models, budgets and variance analyses
Analyse unit economics, cost drivers and revenue trends
Assist with audit preparation, documentation and compliance checks
Maintain clean records and support accounts payable/receivable processes
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
Research regulatory, tax or market developments relevant to the business
Automate recurring finance reports in Excel or the BI tool

Who can apply

Bachelor's/Master's degree in B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance), CA/CFA/CMA or a related qualification
0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
Strong Excel — lookups, pivots, conditional logic and clean model structure
Understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements and basic ratios
Familiarity with financial modelling and budgeting concepts
Exposure to Tally, SAP, Zoho Books or a similar ERP/accounting system is a plus
Basic SQL or BI-tool familiarity for pulling numbers independently is a plus
High accuracy, attention to detail and comfort with deadlines
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial data
Clear communication — you can explain a variance to a non-finance stakeholder
